Our attorneys have extensive experience preparing appeals at every level of the state and federal appellate courts. Whether defending a lower court victory or challenging an adverse ruling, our appellate attorneys have the legal-writing skills, insight, and knowledge of appellate procedure to maximize the probability of success on appeal.

For us, appellate litigation is more than just appeals. Our appellate attorneys assist our trial attorneys with case strategies and evaluations at the outset of a case to set up a blueprint for success. We prepare complex pretrial motions, oppose post-judgment motions, and provide objective litigation advice to our trial attorneys and clients at all stages. Our clients have the same attorneys defending their matter from its inception to its final termination, which allows for a more efficient and cohesive resolution.

Our appellate attorneys are also available to step in at any time and provide counsel for trial lawyers outside of our firm. We can provide an independent (objective) case or issue evaluation, devise a defense strategy, prepare a motion or response, or take over an appeal.  We also specialize in preparing amicus briefs in cases that directly or indirectly impact our practice areas and clientele.
